Industry bodies are welcoming today's release of Infrastructure Strategy .... from this year to 2052

The Infrastructure Commission strategy document collates two years of independent investigation into 68 recommendations.

Infrastructure NZ Chief Executive, Claire Edmondson says they are particularly pleased with the idea of an independent priority list to build consensus on key initiatives addressing significant long-term problems.

She says the strategy's success depends on local and central government buy-in - as well as from the broader sector.
