    Former All Black Daryl Gibson is eager to tackle cricket's contractual conundrum


    He's transferring from High Performance Sport New Zealand to replace Bryan Stronach at NZC.

    The governing body has offered casual contracts in recent years to allow top talent to play in global T20 leagues, as well as internationals.

    Gibson describes the ongoing challenge.
