Ryan Fox will begin the second round of the US golf Open late tonight six back from the lead

The Kiwi golfer carded an up-and-down two-over-par 72 to be in a share of 33rd.

Fox has an early 10.56pm tee time tonight, New Zealand time.

American J.J. Spaun has the outright lead by one at four-under the card and the 34-year-old says he managed to get in the right places at the major he's rarely featured at.
