Wellington Phoenix defender Lara Wall is keen to build on her one cap of international experience

Wellington Phoenix defender Lara Wall is keen to build on her one cap of international experience

She's been named in the Football Ferns squad to take on the Australian Matildas in a two-match series, starting later this month.

The 25-year-old was a late call-up to the New Zealand team during their North American tour, coming in for clubmate C.J. Bott as an injury replacement.

Wall went on to make her international debut against the United States.

The defender is determined to stake her claim in the side.
