Bold claims from one of Saracens' biggest rivals

Bold claims from one of Saracens' biggest rivals

The English rugby giants have been relegated after they were unable to get back under the Premiership salary cap, after it was revealed they'd had three seasons' spending above the cap.

Sarries had already been fined five million pounds and deducted 35 points, putting them bottom of the Premiership.

The chairman of last year's beaten finalists, Exter, Tony Rowe, has told the BBC Sarries had two options - open their books for a forensic audit, or take relegation.

Talksport's Russell Hargreaves says they've failed to get their house in order.
