A huge opportunity for eight men's kayakers to test themselves on the international stage this weekend

A huge opportunity for eight men's kayakers to test themselves on the international stage this weekend

While the New Zealand women's programme has dominated in recent years led by Lisa Carrington, there are just four female paddlers and eight men at this weekend's World Cup regatta in the Czech Republic.

Head coach Gordon Walker says it's the first time they've travelled to the World Cups since 2019 and they will get a good gauge as to where their young male paddlers are at.

    Competition begins tomorrow night.
