    Clarke Dermody believes he's got the goods to turn the Highlanders into a winning franchise once more


    The departure of Tony Brown has made way for the former scrum coach to ascend into the head coaching role.

    The Highlanders produced a disappointing Super Rugby campaign this year, with just four wins.

    But Dermody says their season review has been constructive.
