The West Indies recovered from 38 for seven in the opening hour of the game.
Left-arm orthodox spinner Jomel Warrican claimed five for 27 to finish the match with figures of nine for 70, and the series with 19 wickets for 171.
The result brought the West Indies to eighth and pushed Pakistan to ninth and bottom of the world championship table after completing their campaigns.
