    Olympic champion Ellesse Andrews has secured her first podium at the track cycling world championships in Santiago


    The 25-year-old won bronze in the 1000-metre time trial, staged for the first time for women this year over the same distance as the men.

    Andrews finishes her campaign with the keirin competition tomorrow.
