A Pakistani team has created a first-class cricket record when they won a match, despite setting their opponents 40 to win

Pakistan Television, the President Trophy holders, led by 39 after their second innings but bowled out Sui Northern Gas for 37 to win by two runs with more than a day to spare.

AFP reports the previous record was set at Lord's Old Ground in London during 1794 when Oldfield successfully defended a target of 41 to beat the MCC by six runs.
