Tony Brown is keeping his All Blacks coaching aspirations alive - just not now

The former first-five has confirmed he intends to honour his Springboks assistant contract until next year's World Cup, ruling him out of consideration for any New Zealand role.

He missed out in 2023 while a part of Jamie Joseph's bid to succeed Ian Foster.

So, in theory, would he have been interested this time?

Brown has revealed Robertson sounded him out about joining the All Blacks a couple of months ago.
