    Vern Cotter feels he's achieved what was asked of him at the Blues


    Cotter will depart after the upcoming Super Rugby season, replacing incoming Wallabies coach Les Kiss at the Queensland Reds.

    Cotter says he was brought in to change the side's foundations and believes he's done it.



    New Blues CEO Karl Budge says he wasn't blindsided when he started a fortnight ago.



    On the player front, Blues captain Patrick Tuipulotu and Beauden Barrett are unlikely to feature in the opening weeks of the season.
