    An eighty million dollar lawsuit against ANZ will begin next week


    Wellington financial advisor, David Ross ran a ponzi scheme through his business, Ross Asset Management in 2012.

    A spokesperson for victims of the scam - now totalling a group of 554 investors - says they believe ANZ had knowledge of Ross misusing RAM investor funds.

    He says there is strong evidence against the bank - and they should not be allowed to bury the facts.

    The class action will be heard over March 2nd and 3rd at the High Court in Wellington.
