A call for major changes to how the MIQ billing system operates

A call for major changes to how the MIQ billing system operates

Newstalk ZB has revealed one man has been trying to pay his MIQ fee for weeks, but was told he has to wait 90 days for the invoice.

That's making things difficult -- as he needs to bill his client for his work and MIQ at the same time.

Act Leader David Seymour says the flaws in the system can be fixed with one easy move.

He says if every person in MIQ had to pre-pay their airfare, they should have to pre-pay their MIQ as well.
