The Small Business Minister's hinted social infrastructure could be part of today's big Government spend

Treasury will release its half-year economic and fiscal update on the state of the Crown's balance sheet.

Grant Robertson says he'll use the opportunity to unveil more details about packages and projects getting funding.

Stuart Nash says has suggested the funding might not be going into roading projects.
