    There are 39 community cases of Covid-19 today, and a possible Omicron case in Palmerston North

    There are 39 community cases of Covid-19 today, and a possible Omicron case in Palmerston North


    Of today's cases there are 21 in Auckland, 14 in Lakes, two Hawke's Bay and one each in Canterbury and West Coast.

    The Palmerston North case became symptomatic yesterday and got tested. They've been infectious since Monday.

    There are 21 people in hospital, with one in ICU.
