Bulldogs general manager and league pundit Phil Gould has thanked well-wishers on social media after being stuck in hospital since Monday

The 67-year-old has been awaiting test results on his heart.

Gould says he "came in to change the tyres, and they found a problem with the engine."

He's hoping for a discharge soon, but has stressed his gratitude to the doctors.
