The party wants to push DHB's to provide timely care, expand funding and set up a Mental Health Ministry.
Mental health spokesperson Chloe Swarbrick has unveiled the policy on World Mental Health Day today.
Swarbrick claims more than 10-thousand people in distress had to wait more than three weeks for help last year.
She warns when people have a severe mental health condition they need free, quick, quality treatment.
