A 220-million dollar leaky homes lawsuit resumes in the High Court at Auckland today

A 220-million dollar leaky homes lawsuit resumes in the High Court at Auckland today

Hundreds of homeowners are involved in the class action against building materials company James Hardie.

The Court heard yesterday an expert nicknamed "Dr Rot" warned the company about its cladding years before the panels were withdrawn from sale.

James Hardie denies the claims they knew, or should have known, about the cladding problems.

The trial is expected to last at least four months.
