    Ghislaine Maxwell's high profile sex trafficking trial is getting underway in New York today


    The 59-year-old has been in jail since her arrest last year, awaiting the high-profile six-week trial.

    It's alleged she groomed underage girls for former boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein .

    The financier died in prison in 2019, as he awaited his trial on sex trafficking charges.

    Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to all charges against her.

    Law professor Laurie Levenson says she expects there'll be corroborating evidence.

    She says the evidence against Maxwell includes communications, financial and text records.
