The NZTA, Police and ACC have worked together to encourage 16-24 year old's to 'have a hmm' before texting friends and family while driving.
The campaign turns ghosting, which is actively ignoring texts, into a positive.
ACC Injury Prevention Leader James Whitaker says it's an important message because young driver's are more likely to be involved in a crash.
He says using their phone while driving increases the risk by four times.
