    A man has critical injuries after an alleged assault near the Mangere Town Centre, in South Auckland


    Emergency services were called to Bader Drive about 2.30 this morning.

    A Police Camera Operator tracked an offender after noting a violent altercation about 1.40am,

    A 31-year-old man's appearing in the Manukau District Court today, charged with assault.

    Police aren't seeking anyone else.
