    Three young people have been arrested, and 12-thousand dollars worth of tobacco products recovered after a burglary in Porirua's Titahi Bay


    The burglary happened on Thursday morning with offenders escaping the scene with a suitcase filled with cigarettes.

    A 19-year-old and tow other boys have been charged and are due to appear in court.
