Police are issuing a further appeal to west Aucklanders as they look for missing teen, Alexander

He was dropped at Henderson High School about 8.15am on Monday, but didn't attend.

A possible sighting's been established - at 9am - on Forrest Hill Road, near Pine Avenue.

He was wearing dark shorts, brown tramping boots, and a dark tramping pack.

Alexander is described as competent in the outdoors - but Police have concerns for him given his age and the weather.
