    Police have arrested a man - accused of aiming a gun at a person in Manurewa yesterday


    Officers claim it followed a brief conversation between the two about midnight.

    Inspector David Christoffersen says the man's vehicle was found on Mangere's Manston Road just before 9am.

    He says when Police arrested the suspect, they found a pump action shotgun and cannabis in the car.

    A 33-year-old man was scheduled to appear in Manukau District Court today.
