    Nearly three years' jail for a Christchurch school teacher who had sex with an underage girl


    Daniel McMillan was working with youth offenders at Kingslea School in 2014-16 - when he preyed on the 15-year-old.

    At Christchurch District Court this morning, sentencing Judge Jane Farish says there was no relationship - this was a case of man taking advantage of a girl.
