    Passenger numbers in December and January reached 66 percent of pre-Covid levels.

    And more flights operated this January, than in January 2020 ... on domestic routes such as Gisborne, Queenstown, Tauranga and Timaru.

    Wellington Airport Chief Executive, Steve Sanderson says with new international travel bubbles and domestic flights holding strong ... they're looking to forward to the year ahead.
