    We have 60 new community cases of Covid-19 today - three in Waikato, the rest in Auckland

    We have 60 new community cases of Covid-19 today - three in Waikato, the rest in Auckland


    24 are mystery cases.

    Of the Waikato cases, one is linked and investigations continue for links to the other two.

    The Ministry of Health says four other cases in the region are yet to be connected to the outbreak.

    Overall, we have 140 unlinked cases from the last 14 days.

    There are 30 Covid patients in hospital, five in ICU or a high dependency unit.

    More than 29-thousand Covid vaccines were administered yesterday.
