The airline is doing a 2.2 billion dollar recapitalisation.
It includes raising 1.2 billion dollars' worth of new equity by selling heavily discounted shares to existing shareholders, including the Government.
Jarden analysts, Andrew Steele and Nick Yeo , say risks include changes to the timing of the border reopening, and changes to competition, fuel costs, foreign exchange and underlying consumer demand.
