It's been reported Greg Foran will be named as the new chief executive of American retail giant, Kroger - regarded as one of the country's big four retailers.
He also previously held the top job at Walmart.
Greg Foran says he had to deal with some issues at Air New Zealand, which he would never have had to deal with at Walmart or Woolworths.
