Sean 'Diddy' Combs' twin daughters D'Lila and Jessie have paid tribute to their late mother Kim Porter on the anniversary of her death

The rapper's 17-year-old girls posted a sentimental Instagram post on their joint account honouring model and actress Kim six years after her death from lobar pneumonia in 2018 aged 47

They said alongside a black-and-white picture of Kim holding up one twin and kissing her while the other is sound asleep on her shoulder: "We can't believe it's been 6 years without you.

"We think about you every single second of the day. We love and miss you so much words can't even explain.

"We wish you were here with us but we know your spirit will be around forever!!

"We Love you Mommy (two red heart emojis.)"

Combs, 55, has been in jail in New York since being arrested in September on federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Along with twins D'Lila and Jessie, Kim had sons Quincy, 33, and Christian, 26, and in September they issued a joint statement hitting out after a memoir claiming to be written by the late model was released online.

They said in Instagram "claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue", adding: "She did not. And anyone claiming to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves."

They added anyone speaking as a "friend" of Kim's was "not a friend" and does not have her best interests at heart.

Combs was taken into custody on 16 September after nearly a year of ongoing investigations which included home raids and several lawsuits against him, alleging sex abuse and rape.

A judge denied his application for $50 million bail proposal and he is locked up at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center while he awaits trial.
