Taylor Swift reportedly wore a ring worth more than $27,000 as part of the artwork for her forthcoming The Life of a Showgirl: The Crowd Is Your King vinyl release.

The 14-carat rose-gold ring, designed by family-run jeweller Kallati, and sported by the 35-year-old singer, features a 35-carat pink sapphire surrounded by one carat of diamonds, Page Six is reporting.

It says the jewel is priced at $27,120 and it has been hailed as among the most striking elements of the promotional imagery for Taylor's new project, complementing the blush velvet bodysuit she wears from The Blonds' Elizabeth Taylor-inspired autumn 2023 collection.

A spokesperson for Kallati described the piece as a "show-stopping design that merges statement colour with timeless diamond detailing".

Page Six Style reported the sparkler "shines even brighter than the Las Vegas lights".

The artwork featuring the ring, which also has a supersized 3D jewel motif on her corseted outfit, references Elizabeth Taylor, the late Hollywood actress and avid jewellery collector as

Taylor named one of her Showgirl tracks after the actress, who was famed for her elaborate collection of gems.

The ring is not the only significant jewel Taylor has worn in recent weeks.

Last month, her fiancé Travis Kelce, 35, presented her with an old mine brilliant-cut engagement ring. The piece, designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine in collaboration with Kelce, was described in reports as "stunning" and tailored to reflect their relationship.

Other designs showcased in Taylor's new album imagery include costumes by The Blonds, such as a pink feathered corset and a maroon crystal-encrusted bodysuit with flame-inspired opera gloves.

Taylor also wears archival pieces by Bob Mackie and Pete Menefee from Jubilee!, the Las Vegas revue that ran for more than three decades.

Jose Rodrigo, a Las Vegas stylist who previously worked as a dresser for Jubilee!, told Page Six: "They were built with the best of the best. Everything was really, truly thoughtful, and the way that (Taylor) wears everything - the way that it was styled - is, I think, true to the original. There's still that reverence to the original design."
