Four women's vehicles have been impounded and they've been summoned to court, over dangerous driving during a gang-funeral in Auckland

Four women's vehicles have been impounded and they've been summoned to court, over dangerous driving during a gang-funeral in Auckland

Police monitored a convoy between Otara and the Manukau Memorial Gardens early last month.

Inspector Ann Wilkie says they observed appalling actions and reckless behaviour - including people hanging out of windows.

She says the women, aged 27-to-37, are due in Manukau District Court and have lost their vehicles for 28 days.

Three other vehicles were also impounded.
