Firefighters are responding to multiple apartments ablaze in Auckland's Glen Innes

Fire and Emergency say they received multiple calls before 6pm about the fire on "Tani-wha Street".

They say eight fire trucks are responding -- to the single-story block of units -- and there are no reports of any occupants inside the buildings at this stage.
