    Wellingtonians will have to skip that pre-Christmas swim in Oriental Bay this year


    A collapsed pipe in the CBD means Wellington Water has to let wastewater overflow into the harbour near Frank Kitts Park.

    Chief Executive Colin Crampton says people should avoid the waters of Oriental Bay until the problem's fixed.

    He says they're sorry people can't enjoy the harbour, but they're working to fix it as quickly as they can.
