    Kainga Ora is investing millions into its Christchurch homes


    The housing group was established in October to bring together the people and resources of KiwiBuild, HLC and Housing New Zealand.

    Nearly ten million dollars is being put into over six-thousand homes for fencing improvements, painting, roofing and driveway safety improvements.

    Kainga Ora's Glenn Conway says some of the houses are older and need to be upgraded.

    He says they take pride in maintaining the homes.
