    MetService has issued a strong wind watch for the Wairarapa and Wellington regions till 10pm.

    Wellington Airport is advising customers to check for the latest updates with their airline.

    Meanwhile, large swells on Wellington's south coast have shut roads throughout the day - with debris thrown up by high seas.
