    Robbie Manson is the national men's single sculls champion yet again


    The defending champion has beaten two-time Olympic champion Mahe Drysdale by three-seconds in Twizel.

    Manson says he had another gear if needed, and is unconcerned by how close Drysdale came to taking the lead.

    He says Drysdale was closer than previous regattas, but he's confident in what he's doing.

    Emma Twigg has marked her return to single sculls by winning the women's final by three seconds from Brooke Donoghue.
