A race against the clock for Kiwis second rower Scott Sorensen ahead of Sunday's NRL Grand Final between Penrith and Melbourne

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The 31 year old is on the extended interchange for the Panthers - a hamstring injury has kept him sidelined since the final round of the regular season.

Coach Ivan Cleary's offered this update.

Sorensen played in Penrith's grand final winning teams over the last three seasons - and scored a try in the 2022 triumph over Parramatta.
