    Warriors CEO Cameron George is open to a second New Zealand team joining the NRL in the future...if the country can sort their development pathways first

    A trio of South Island-based bids have missed out on the opportunity for the time being to be part of the league's expansion, with teams in Perth and Papua New Guinea getting the nod instead.

    George told NRL 360 the pathways in New Zealand need to be sustainable enough for two NRL teams.
