Melbourne Storm halfback Jahrome Hughes will put his recruiting cap on in an effort to keep the NRL team's core together for future seasons

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The Kiwis playmaker - who was under contract for one more season - has signed a four-year extension until the end of the 2030 campaign.

Storm skipper Harry Grant and fullback Ryan Papenhuyzen are off-contract at the end of next season, while five-eighth Cameron Munster's contract runs out at the end of 2027.

Hughes is keen to keep the band intact.
