    The Toronto Raptors have become just the third ever NBA team to force a game seven with a multi-overtime win


    The defending champions have survived elimination, edging the Boston Celtics 125-122 in double overtime of game six of their second round eastern conference series.

    Guard Kyle Lowry scored a game-high 33 points.

    The previous two teams who found themselves in such a situation, 1974 Bucks and 2009 Bulls, both lost game sevens to the Celtics.
