    Belief a core of current and former Tall Blacks will help the Breakers solidify their team structure ahead of their pre-season NBL Blitz tournament getting under way tonight


    The New Zealand side face the South East Melbourne Phoenix at AIS Arena before battling the Cairns Taipans on Sunday.
