    An unbeaten fifth wicket stand of 136 between Ollie Pope and Jos Buttler has helped England fight back against the West Indies on day one of the third cricket test in Manchester


    Pope's on 91 and Buttler 56 with the hosts 258 for four having been sent in to bat.

    They were 122 for four when the pair came together.

    Opener Rory Burns is the only other Englishman to have scored more than 20 - he made 57.
