    The Black Caps are seeing the potential upside of a unique element to their opening cricket test against Sri Lanka starting in Galle this afternoon


    A rest day has been set for Saturday to accommodate the local presidential elections.

    The last such occurrence was for a similar reason in Bangladesh during 2008.

    All-rounder Mitch Santner says a reset may be welcome.
