    A rare international winter cricket series is underway at Darwin


    Australia have won their opening T20 against South Africa in the Northern Territory by 17 runs.

    The hosts held the Proteas to 161 for nine in reply to 178.

    Tim David top scored with 83 runs from 52 deliveries, featuring eight sixes.
