    Kookaburra-turned-Black Stick Scott Boyde is celebrating a dramatic turnaround in his hockey career


    The former Australian international scored the winning goal to book New Zealand a spot at the Paris Olympics after receiving a callup out of the blue from coach Greg Nicol around ten months ago.

    Boyde says he's been focused on whanau, and never thought he'd be in this position.
