    Black Sticks forward Simon Child is counting his blessings after overcoming a career-threatening hip injury to head to his fourth Olympics


    The 36-year-old's last Games was in 2016 - the following year he dealt with a serious hip problem that kept him off the pitch until 2019.

    Child was uncertain if he'd play at an Olympics again.
