Former Zimbabwe captain Heath Streak's cricket reputation has been tarnished forever in return for two Bitcoins - sold for 49 thousand dollars - and an iPhone for his wife.

Streak communicated for more than a year with an Indian man - identified as "Mr X" - who sought inside information for betting purposes.

He had scores of 103, 31 and 94.

Slavia Prague defender Ondrej Kudela has been handed a 10-match ban for racist behaviour aimed at Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara during a Europa League football tie last month.

Kamara has also been banned for three matches after being found guilty of assaulting Kudela in the tunnel after the game.

Two second half goals have helped hosts Adelaide United to a 3-1 win over Macarthur FC in their A-League football match.

Mark Cavendish has made it three stage wins in a row at cycling's Tour of Turkey after a three-year victory drought.

Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal have opened their clay-court tennis seasons with victories at the Monte Carlo Masters.

The New Zealand Olympic Committee has pinned the country's hopes and dreams for the Tokyo Games to towing an 800-kilogram skateboard through 40 towns in 41 days, starting May 10.

NZOC secretary-general Kereyn Smith says it's symbolic as they want to grab the attention of a younger generation.
