Lauren Bruce is hoping for bigger and better results across the Tasman

The country's leading hammer thrower will leave Christchurch for Melbourne at the end of the domestic season ... keeping her coaching partnership with Dale Stevenson intact.

Bruce says she's looking forward to surrounding herself with other athletes competing at her level.



Bruce set a national and Oceania record in America last year but failed to fire at her debut Olympics in Tokyo, missing out on the final.
